DXW Series for Low Temperature Range
1. DXW series of self-regulating heat trace cable is applicable for freeze protection and temperature regulation in pipes, storage tank, etc. It has a maximum maintenance temperature of 65±5ºC. Product types are as below:

3.4 Thermal stability: Make-and-break for 1000 times, continue for 22 days, the heating power of heater wire is no less than 90%.
3.5 Minimal Bending Radius: 12.7mm at 20ºC and 35.0mm at -30ºC
3.6 Insulation Resistance: No less than 3000MΩ for cable with length of 100m at environment temperature 75ºC, test by 2,500VDC meter for 1 minute

ZXW Series for Middle Temperature Range

Special Series
1. TDXW. TZXW. TGXW series of self-regulating heat trace cables are much longer than normal series. They are spacialy used for freeze protection and temperature regulation in long pipes. Their maximum maintenance temperatures are respectively 65ºC, 105ºC and 135ºC. From a single output, the cable can be 2000m.

2. These special series of cables are series connected by 3 general heat trace cables in equal length. They are powered by three-phase supply.

3. Structure:

[2]DXkW. ZXkW. GXkW self regulating ribbon heater
[3]Polyolefin (or fluoroplastic) insulating inner layer
