Standard:
The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB/Z18890-2002 <Power Cables with Cross-linked polyethylene insulation and their accessories for rated voltage of 220kV(Um=252kV)>, or according to IEC, BS, VDE, ICEA on customer's demand.
Application:
The product is applicable for usage in power transmission and distribution lines with power-frequency between 50∼60Hz and rated voltage 127/220kV.
Working Condition :
- Rated power-frequency voltage U0/U: 127/220kV
- Max continuous working temperater of conductor: 90℃
- Max short-circuit temperature of conductor (Max duration: 3s): 250℃
- Min bending diameter: 25×OD
- The ambient temperatur under installation should be no less than 0℃

Construction
- Range of Nominal Cross Area: 400∼2500mm2
- Compact conductor with compact index over 0.9. For conductor with cross section area no less than 1000 mm2, milliken conductor will be used.
- Inner screen consists of braided semi-conducting nylon strip (double-deck if no less than 1000mm2) and packed super-lubricity semi-conducting screen.
- Insulation made of super-purified XLPE insulation material.
- Insulation screen is made of super lubricity semi-conducting screen material.
- YJLW02 and YJLW03 have 2 layers of braided 2.0mm-thick semi-conducting waterproof strips in clearance as their cushion layer.
- YJLW02 and YJLW03 have corrugated aluminium tape as metal screen. YJV and YJY have braided copper wire no thinner than 95mm2 as metalscreen.
- Outer sheath is made of PVC or PE sheath material, a layer of 0.5∼1mm thick graphite electrode will be extruded on the surface simultaneously.
